Clubhouse Entry Cards

1. I am responsible for all persons using my entry card(s). Any violations of the R/R/R/ will result in immediate deactivation of all household cards, immediate suspension of Pool and Clubhouse privileges and a fine being imposed by the Board of Directors at the next scheduled Board meeting.

2. I will be charged $20.00 for a replacement card for any reason. No replacements will be issued until I provide the code number(s) of the card(s) still assigned to me.

3. Anyone using my card(s) will be familiar with and follow the attached pool and clubhouse rules.

4. If I deem it necessary to have additional cards, I will be charged a non-refundable $20.00 per card. No more than 3 additional cards can be purchased.

I have read the above and agre to abide by these rules.
